I am into teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others understand concepts that once felt difficult or confusing.
As a commerce student, I have experienced how the right explanation at the right time can completely change a student’s confidence and performance.

My teaching journey began with informal tutoring and peer mentoring, where I helped classmates and juniors understand accounting and taxation concepts. Over time, this developed into structured teaching with a focus on exam-oriented preparation.

On average, I have taught 10–12 students, including school and college-level students.
My studens were frim West Bengal Board and some college level students.
The biggest achievement for me is seeing students become independent learners.

Over the past few years, I have tutored a diverse group of students in subjects like Physics and Computer Science. Many of my students have shown significant improvement in their grades and understanding of complex concepts. I have consistently received positive feedback for my clarity and methodical teaching style.also I have to add I appear more than 10 academic internship of work experience in MNC and academic field

Teaching approach: I am very patient and empathetic towards children. My approach is to understand the children's needs and catering to them with positive reinforcements. I do not believe that punishing the child solves anything but I wish to understand their interests and work on making them better versions of themselves

Why I teach: I am very good with children. Especially when I started teaching my sister, I feel happy teaching. I find great joy and happiness being able to be of service and impart the knowledge I've gained to the next generations

Teaching journey: I am currently doing a diploma course in child psychology which is very helpful in teaching children. I have previously taught some tuition, taught at a school catering to children with special needs, I have also worked with children with autism during my college days and I am currently volunteering to teach spoken English at Ramkrishna mission blind boys school.

Student progress: I have taught my sister and a few of her friends when they were in class 4-5. They studied in the heritage school. I have taught at a school called mother and child where I've taken care of students of all ages with special needs. I am currently teaching class 5 blind boys spoken English at Ramakrishna mission.

Teaching approach: I think I make the learning process innovative and easier for the students to understand easier.
I try to take a test after each lesson , so that I understand the proficiency of hoe much the student really understood

Why I teach: Because I really love to teach .

Teaching approach: I teach in a very subjective way which helps students to understand any topic and subject properly. I try to identify the students problems and give him/her solution for the query. I have a productive and qualitative teaching method.

Why I teach: I like to teach students to share my knowledge and also to guide people in a positive way. I would appreciate the fact that my student grows to be a righteous person and can fight all odds in life. They can live like a winner with a champion mindset.

Teaching journey: In academics I have certain achievements. I was a good student and still I am a good student. I am pursuing LLB degree. I became a Champion in West Bengal in Full Contact fight Shaolin Kungfu competition. This is one my biggest achievements in life.

Student progress: I have taught 12-15 students of BDMI school. They all scored good marks around 80%. One students stood 7th in class.

As a student myself I understand the pain points of other students and try to improve them.

Why I teach: I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping students grow in confidence and understanding. Teaching gives me a sense of satisfaction when I see my students improve and achieve their goals. I believe education can truly shape lives, and I want to be part of that positive change.

Teaching journey: I have not been a teacher for a long time but in this few years my students have improved their scores noticeably by 20-30 percent.

Student progress: I have taught 5 students in total from Newtown School, Calcutta Public School and St. Xavier's School. Each of them had a significant improvements.
