Teaching approach: I have an experience of teaching students for 3 and a half year and I have interacted with different types of students. Some were smart, some were average and some below average. So I think that I can take effective approach in teaching by observing the student.

Teaching approach: It is important for a teacher to engage his students into learning through discussion , rather than just devouring information into them. As a teacher I engage students with their learning by dialogues, thus they can understand the way of learning hard things in simpler way.

Why I teach: Teaching is a job I admire from a very long time. Teaching suits me as per my interest as well as I can improve myself also and become a better learner with this work.

Teaching journey: I've been tutoring from Class 11. Till now I've given tution to almost 10 students and engaging with them I also got more suitability with this job and improved myself as well.

Student progress: I've taught 10 students till now. It included students from CBSE and WB board, of class VI, VII , VIII, X , XII. All of them got 80%+ marks in their exams.

Teaching approach: A concentrated method of learning, will enable the student to be able to derive more by knowing the concepts alone. This reduces rote learning.

Teaching approach: My moto is to make learning fun for my students and not a headache. I think if my students are understanding the matter in fun way or how they can apply in day to day life it becomes easier for them to learn.

Why I teach: I like teaching that is the main reason. I started teaching my brothers nd sisters and from that I got up idea to make this as my profession.

Teaching journey: I have been teaching for 3 years now. From class 1-8 I have students of various subjects and different board. ICSE and CBSE is my preferred board since I am passed my schooling from ICSE board. And my achievements is many of students are rank holders. My moto is to make the learning fun for my students.

Student progress: I have taught 9 students by now and currently I am teaching 4 students (3 in one batch and 1individual) All are from ICSE board and I had students from CBSE board earlier. Currently 1 of my student is holds a rank and others are getting more than 75% marks. And my other 5 students are currently giving their board exams and I don't teach them now as I was not sure for taking that risk.

Why I teach: Since my childhood I always wanted to be a teacher.and my cousin sister inspires me a lot who is also a teacher....so teaching is not only my profession but also my passion.

Teaching journey: One of my students named Kaithy Georgina studies in Assembly of God Church School scored well both of 2 English papers.apart from that she is good in history, geography, and civics also.In spite of having Bengali as a 3rd language she can read,speak and write in Bengali though her mother tongue is Hindi.

Student progress: I have taught 10 students...among them 2 in Lions Calcutta Greater Vidyamandir,3 In jyotirmoy public school,2 in BDMI,2 in Assembly of God Church School and 1 in Naba Nalanda..all of them scored well in their exams.they are confident.

Teaching approach: My teaching method centres on helping students recognize their own strengths and learning styles. It is crucial to ask students what they already know about a certain subject before building the foundational material using relatable ideas and stories.

Why I teach: I have always imagined myself as a teacher, as I like to learn new things and convey that to others..............................................

Teaching journey: My achievements include developing ideas that students can memorize for the rest of their lives and presenting material in a way that earns extra points and produces advancements.

Student progress: I do not teach now due to my hectic schedule with my research publication, but a few months ago, i had 6 students from 2 separate classes.

Teaching approach: I will teach a child with full efficiency and concentration,so that the child is able to understand his subject in a better way. Interaction with the child if he/she is facing any issues is my main objective. Understanding the weak point and trying and focusing on those issues is something I practice in my teaching method. Every child is unique in his/her own way. Taking time and understanding the child is my first objective.

Why I teach: Since childhood I have been helping my younger sibling in his education and with time I understood that I am someone who is capable of helping someone understand something in a simpler and easier way. So therefore I wanted to peruse this teaching job.
