Teaching approach: I'm into tutoring for last 3years and i believe it to be a 2way process. After finishing any chapter, there are weekly tests that i take to ensure the student has understood what I've taught.

Teaching approach: I provide notes. I feel teaching is an noble profession. Well, I feel studying becomes interesting when the child find its interesting, you know, then he will seat and do his homework. So my goal is to make him love the subject. Once he loves the subject he will seat by himself. Nowadays teachers have become commercial I guess, but trust me. So I guess, approach toward tutoring Is to understand how the child grasps the topic, you can't provide thousand notes when the child has not understood a single page. So let's first start understanding how the child feel easy to learn.

Teaching approach: When I was young I always had a lot of tuitions and every other tuition distributed notes to mug up and I hated that. This made me come in this field and teach my students in a non-mug up processs. I believe if someone can understand their curriculum then they do not need to mug up for exams.
Why I teach: To break the mug up process and give a definition to studying with reason. Secondly, not all students are capable of being 1st in class and my duty is not to make them study for always being 1st rather make them feel comfortable for being above average snd not anything less because honestly if everyone become 1st then India would had been a different country in the future.
