Teaching approach: I not only concentrate on the development of student on acadamic ground but also on the moral and emotional ground because I belive a student can achieve his or her 100% only when he is exposed to all the possibilities of learning. I moreover am very flexible with my students regarding their academic ground as I understand that each student has a unique mindset. I like interacting with my students and like them to question me as it opens the possibility of widening the sphere of knowledge for both of us.
Why I teach: I like the fundementals of knowledge and teaching and want to stay in touch with anything and everything that could broaden my sphere of knowledge. As a student I felt the need of a teacher who would mould his teaching technique according to my way of thinking but I never could get one so I myself want to provide that to the students who are looking for that as I understand each student as an unique approach to his/her studies.
Teaching journey: I am a B. Com honours graduate and have scored the highest 90.2% from my school Patha Bhavan at 10+2 commerce level for which I received an certificate, also I have secured 72% marks in my graduation from Calcutta university. I have completed almost 3-4 yrs of teaching with students from different boards and different classes,.I am very pleased with the fact that I could get the same level of satisfaction by teaching them as they got from my mentorship.
Student progress: I have taught six students till now.
3 of them were from South Point School (cbse) 2 were from Ballygaunge Shikkha Sadan (wbbse) and another one from Navalananda (wbbse).
All of my students have done a very good job in their exams and secured very good grades and marks. Moreover they have also been inclined at becoming good human beings along with their excellent success in their studies.
