Why I teach: Academics is my passion. Teaching is the noblest profession, it brings out the best in man. As Swami Vivekananda says, Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man.

Teaching journey: I have grown better and better in the art of communication and have learnt dealing with students' problems and arriving at solutions

Student progress: I have taught 2 students from WB board, 7 students from ISC and CBSE boards, 4 students at graduation level from Presidency and Jadavpur University

Teaching approach: I first try to communicate well with the student and try to understand my student. It's very important for the teacher to understand student's psychology because not all student are same. This thus helps me to make the understand and tea him/her in the way where the student is comfortable.

Why I teach: Generally I never give up on weak students and I try to increase their confidence level and Mark's as well. I always give preference in their personality development as well

Teaching approach: Demonstration and learning by understanding.
I believe that I myself will have to have full knowledge of the subject am teaching so that i can fulfill all the doubts of my students.
1st i make them understand the concept, then learn the concepts in front of me, then I make them revise it so that if they have any doubts I can cater to that.
I give homework on regular basis.
And a test after completion of every chapters.
Also i take special classes before exams where I make them revise everything and take oral or written tests.
I am always available in calls or messages whenever they have a doubt.
Also parents satisfaction is an important factor for me.

Why I teach: I love to teach, and also as i am a student i want to earn in a way which will help me in my studies also and help me in further growth

Teaching journey: Teaching experience have been great as I met lot of new families who have made me a part of them. The satisfaction I see in the students and their parents face after their results are my biggest achievements. The love and respect I get is what I wanted in this field.

Student progress: I have taught english to two of the 10th standard students, central modern school, ICSE BOARD, one of then scored 99 i'm literature and 93 in language, and the other one 85% ajk total.
I started my tuition career with a 5th standard child, BHAVANS VIDYAMANDIR, CBSE BOARD, who feared maths, and failed in it in several times. Now she has gained confidence in that subject and is doing great in it.
My 10th standard commerce student,WWA COSSIPORE ENGLISH SCHOOL, ICSE BOARD, one of them scored 97, another 95 and the 3rd one 93.

Student progress: Average number of my students are 70% - above.

Teaching approach: My teaching approach is quite simple,I share my knowledge to students in an unconditional way. I ask my students how they likely to be taught, I focus on their needs, as every student is unique hence my approach to every student is different too.

Why I teach: I believe teaching is one of those job where we can provide valuable knowledge & information to many people effortlessly. Teaching should not be limited to bookish knowledge rather as a teacher is my duty to share the knowledge that life has given to me, I love to inspire others by teaching them.

Teaching journey: My achievement is that I teach in a friendly manner so that students can ask me any doubt regarding the subject matter & share their feeling.

Student progress: 1. I am at the starting point of my teaching career hence the number of students is surely not large .
2. My students are mainly from CBSE & ICSE board and from Calcutta University .
3. They are successful in their life and they are grateful for their amazing learning experiences.

Teaching approach: To bring out the best from the student, and making him/her strive hard to achieve the excellence. And also to gain maximum knowledge about that particular subject.

Why I teach: It has been my dream to teach students. It's known to all of us that teaching means learning twice. And I want to preach what I practice. If I can't teach in a school, at least I can provide with the best home tutor service. And yes, I'm looking forward to make it my full time job.

Teaching journey: I have secured 80% in class 10 and 91% in class 12. I was a sportsperson during my school life. And I participated in many interschool debate competitions. I have been teaching since 3 years. When I was in class 12. I started of with basic classes like KG-1. And after 3 years I'm also teaching students of class 1-8. My students have always been attentive. I enjoy teaching them not only because they easily catch what I say, but also because they are disciplined.

Student progress: I have taught a student of Vivekananda Mission School, Joka of class 2 who secured 85%. For the last two years I have been teaching two students from St. Thomas Girls School class 3 who secured 90% in average and St. Lawrence High School Class 5 who secured 80%. I have also taught students from MP Birla Higher Secondary School from class 5-7.

Teaching methods are quite important for ideal outcomes in learning process. As for me pupils should be given room to contribute as well, as this aids/facilitates better learning. 2. Every good teacher must be flexible and always seek new ways to communicate with the pupils irrespective of culture, religion, etc.

Teaching children who can't read in the beginning of the year and seeing them progress to sounding out words and eventually being able to read independently has been a great source of satisfaction.
