Teaching approach: To equip the student with all the learning materials for instance to teach and provide them notes, discuss some relevant topics and make it fun learning so that they enjoy studying. I would evaluate them to know their understanding of the texts and how much they are able to grasp and if needed I would change my strategies of teaching.
Why I teach: Teaching is one aspect I was always into because I felt there is so much to learn, we can acquire the best of knowledge at any stage of life. My fond for children is also the reason I am into teaching.
Teaching journey: The biggest achievement is I am able to impart my knowledge with my students, not just academics but also social and moral learnings. I mostly taught naughty ones whom I have taught not just academics but also to remain calm and composed.
Student progress: I have taught 6 students from different schools and boards(icse, cbse and wb). My students were mostly mediocre but as I started teaching them they improved a lot and even got ranks.
Teaching approach: I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them!
Why I teach: I want to become a teacher so that I can make a real difference in children's lives. I take the task of developing young people into kind, thoughtful and contributing adults very seriously. I have always been so grateful to my teachers and the educational system for making me the person that I am today.

Teaching approach: I first try to befriend the student, and understand what is their weakness in that particular subject and make the student understand that I'm not here to scold him rather I'm here to teach and guide him that particular subject and make him perfect in that particular subject.
Why I teach: I'm into teaching job because when I was young I found that there are not enough good teacher who really understand their students. They just use fear as a tactic to teach their students.
