Teaching approach: I tend to encourage my students simultaneously developing their vocabulary and enhancing their knowledge. Besides i would also give my best in giving clarity to the subjects in depth.

Why I teach: My main motivation behind teaching is imparting knowledge and also engaging in learning process with different minds in turn enculcating my own teaching experience also.

Teaching journey: One of my students won sip abacus maths competition in class 2. They've mostly done well in studies and also have good knowledge on the subjects as well.

Student progress: I've started teaching students since class 10 and it has been quite a fruitful one. I've taught students from reputed schools such as dps,bdm international,gd birla, south city international and pb academic. I've taught students ranging from classes 2 to 8 and more or less they've done well in their studies. Mostly they were from cbse and icse boards. One of them have won the abacus sip competition also. In the span of 3 years I've taught nearly 6 to 7 students long term.

Teaching approach: I'm converse totally in English for the better fluency and improvement of my student. I also teach Hindi as second language and I'm good at literary subjects. I also teach science subjects to younger students but for higher classes, higher than standard 7 I prefer arts subjects especially English and Hindi. I can travel far from my home but being a student myself can't afford more than 3 days a week.

Why I teach: Because I love to spend time with children and for my self revision purpose as well. Since childhood, I'm always a good explainer, I can make people understand more than anyone else can. Students don't want to let me go because I make them learn the things in an efficient manner for which they don't have to work harder later on.

Teaching journey: Every students of mine love me till date. I think, a teacher should be a good friend and a supporter and an inspiration at first then only students find interest in education along with the teacher. I'm more lovable than strict for which the students feel guilty to not complete my given homework. I'm responsible.

Why I teach: Teaching brings me joy. Sharing the knowledge I've acquired over the years, and continue to acquire, gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

Teaching journey: I have started teaching during the lockdown days and I have taught 5-7 students in average.

Student progress: I have taught 5-7 students in these past years from CBSE as well as ICSE boards. I have taught 4 students of class 6-8 and 2 students of class 11-2 from G.D. Birla centre for education (ISC) and B.D. Memorial International school (CBSE) and they have scored 98% and 86% respectively in their board exam

Teaching approach: In my way of teaching I prefer to first clear the concept of the topics by relating it with real life things, give notes for last moment study, and have frequent check for students grasping ability by conducting few test.

Why I teach: Teaching for me is a way of sharing knowledge and it has always excite me. Teaching is a interesting job and when I find a thing interesting I give my all to it for the student's betterment.

Teaching journey: Now I have two years of teaching experience. Students under my watch were able to showcase an excellent result. In my two year experience I have taught 10-12 students who were able to score more than 85 percent in the particular subject. The students who were average in studies are able to understand the topics with my teaching techniques and in results they are performing good in their exams.

Student progress: I have taught 10-12 students of CBSE board and ICSE board and also WB board. All of my students passed with a minimum of 85 percent marks. Students scoring 60-70 percent previously, under my supervision scored above 85 percent.

Teaching approach: I believe that a bond between the student and the tutor is very important because if any one of them is not comfortable with each other then it won't go well . And I personally love tutoring and my approach is to teach them as good as I can so that they can have a good future.

Why I teach: From the very beginning I love tutoring . I believe that tutoring someone and helping someone to learn new things through book in life is very important as we know knowledge is our biggest power. Teaching journey: I have tought students for many years now and I have gone through many experience like there are very sharp and obedient student and there are students who are a bit naughty but both of them are having their own perspective. So it's really good and fun to me to work with them.

Student progress: I have taught two of my student who have got above 95%marks in their final exams of primary school and few of them got around 75-80% in their exams with the help of my tutoring .

Teaching approach: The first thing that I take into account is the need of the student, his/her goals, and expectations. We must admit that the learning ability of all students is not the same. Each student has his/her own strength and weakness. Therefore a common method of teaching may not be suitable for all students. Keeping this in mind, I plan customized methods specific for each student based on his/her requirements. Luckily, I got the opportunity to study at some reputed foreign universities. Based on that experience, I try to implement an environment that deeply engages students in the process of learning and promotes their desire to learn. I believe in one-to-one communication with each student so that students can freely discuss their doubts and difficulties. As a tutor, I try to make the concepts of each chapter crystal clear to every student. However, I believe that is not enough to secure good marks. Therefore, I take regular class tests so that my students can get familiar with all types of questions related to the topic. For the class tests, I prepare questions based on a systematic analysis of questions from various schools and broad exams. As a result, my students often say that they got 100% common in their exams.

Why I teach: Teaching is my passion. Sharing knowledge with my students is always a glimpse of enthusiasm that energizes me the most. I like to impart knowledge to the students with my innate teaching skills as well as to acquire knowledge from them. I'm a person who loves to gain knowledge from everyone. I believe that with my experience and knowledge, I can bring a change in the students by making them inquisitive and passionate about the subject.

Teaching journey: I started teaching as a private tutor in 2009 when I was a student at the master's degree level. Initially, I used to teach students at the higher secondary level (class XI-XII chemistry and biology). Now I have several students at the degree level also. At the degree level, I teach Biotechnology major and elective courses specifically molecular biology, chemistry, cell biology, immunology, and bioinformatics part. As a teacher, I feel my biggest achievement is to boost confidence among the students and to inspire them to take on bigger and better challenges. I feel very proud when my students excel in their career.

Student progress: I do not believe in teaching a large number of students each year as I take teaching as my hobby, not as my profession. Till date, I have taught approximately 50-60 class 11-12 students from different reputed private and public schools throughout Kolkata. All my students secured good marks in their exams. Many of them did well in JEE and NEET. Some of them are doing jobs in different fields. Among my B.Sc. Biotechnology students, some has cleared CSIR NET, DBT GATE etc examinations.
