Why I teach: Teaching helps me continuously grow and gain much experience and knowledge. It also helps me keep updated on the type of education needed to move in society and what my juniors r studying after I left school.

Teaching journey: My Achievement as a teacher is that there was an unruly student who couldn't understand anything. I took that student from not being able to understand to one of the best students in the class.

Student progress: I have taught 6 Calcutta Public School(ICSE) students of class 5. All my students have achieved from 70% to 80% in their annual exams.

Teaching approach: Punctuality I think being punctual is very important and that's not only for the Teachers but also for the students and being up to date with the studies. I prefer a healthy student teacher relationship. Strict but not rude. Believe in providing quality education by preparing the students thoroughly. Understanding the chapter is very much important for the long run of the student. Monthly test and small test chapter wise every week.

I have been teaching for three years now. What started as a part-time job has become much more to me.
