Why I teach: Some teachers enter the profession because they are eager to make a difference- people tend to remember their teachers for an entire lifetime, long after school is over. The purpose of teaching practice is to provide the students with an opportunity to apply their pedagogical knowledge and skills in practice. The main objective of teacher education is to develop a skill to stimulate experience in the taught, under an artificially created environment less with material resources and more by the creation of a emotional atmosphere. Teaching is the best job because teachers are lifelong learners who are constantly growing and evolving. Teachers have enormous freedom to create lessons that are engaging and effective for their students Tutoring is the vast step to encourage somebody in need, it helps students to improve their education.

Teaching approach: A tutor's responsibility is to help a student to create their own bright future, so as a tutor my vision is to use all of my knowledges and help the student to shine. I will take the responsibility of the student and motivate him/her in every possible manner to study to gain knowledge, not just for marks.

Why I teach: Teaching is one of the ways to make a person a good and wise human being and also pass on the knowledge i have got from my teachers. So i want every student to be confident about their knowledges and about themselves and be a good human being.
As a student, i know what is the impact of a teacher on a student so i want every student to be cheerful and enjoy learning instead of running behind marks.

Teaching journey: I am in this profession for 5years and still teaching.

Student progress: I have always encouraged my students so after teaching for only two months, a student of mine of class 8 icse board got 75% where she always used to get around 65%. Her old tutor left even without teaching almost half of the syllabus. She had a tremendous fear of mathematics but now she is a confident one in this subject.

Teaching approach: I want to teach as it helps the student to overcome any obstacle in its academics and career. I aim to make education more available to all. With my background and extensive work with children, education and social sectors i understand the need for each child and how it is different to fully unlock potential for a child for professional and personal growth.

Why I teach: Because it helps me understand my work more and be of help to children who are eager to learn. I want to work with education in children and their psychological aspects which is why tutoring is a major boon for me.

Teaching approach: I believe learning and gaining knowledge should be one's aim and not just topping the class. I'm here to build your interest. I am a person who can make you fall in love with a subject.

Why I teach: I like interacting with people of various age group. We learn something new from every person and I'm a collector of interests. I found teaching as the only profession where i can meet varied people, share my knowledge, learn from them and also keep in touch with the old school days.

Teaching journey: I have been tutoring since my school days. I am a grad now. I have taught classes 2, 3, 4 students ( all subjects) of carmel convent high school durgapur, when i was in class 10, in the past 2 years i have taught two students of DPS joka of class 9( biology and English), presently i am tutoring a girl of class 8 ( all subjects) of narayana school. Other than that i have a sister, whom i have been taking care since nursery, she is persently in class 8 and doesn't have any other tutor other than me.

Student progress: Most of my students did good in class but i couldn't to continue to teach them because i had to transfer to kolkata for my college.
