Student progress: I have taught 2 students of class 3 and 4 of Pratt Memorial(ICSE) and 1 student of class 3 of Loreto Day School(WBBSE),1 student of Central Modern School.All the students have passed with minimum 85%-90% marks.
I have taught the students of 3rd year Geogrphy Honours of Ashutosh College and Shyamaprasad College and the students of 4th sem Masters in Regional planning(Geography) of Ashutosh College and Lady Brabourn College.All the Under graduate students have passed with 55%-60% marks and the post graduates with 65%to 70% marks.

Teaching approach: I posses some specific content expertise, I am indeed a good listener,I believe in ideal partnership with students bedsides I suppose I'm blessed with a creative mind and a great communication skill. I focus to be a educato, who is in turn a friend, philosopher and guide. As the pandemic hit so hard, technological efficiency is too much important and I am completely comfortable with this new teaching process.Finally, I think my age group (I've just completed my teen days) will help me to build a more close and healthy relationship with my student.

Teaching journey: Those children who are very poor in studies also come to my class. I teach with patience and easy methods and now they are not poor ,they are now intelligent. Patience is the best medicine while teaching.

Teaching journey: 2 years ago when I started teaching,I was very nervous.My first student was an engineering student that made me more nervous,But she had made me feel very comfortable, showed her faith in me that helped me to regain my confidence.All my students have helped me to be more confident,more responsible.They help me to grow as a person.Now I'm a better person.They inspire me.Every student is different,has different point of views,ideas, thought process.I have so much to learn from them and I'm learning.once one of my students told me that because of me she had started liking physics,I really consider it one of my biggest achievements.

Student progress: I have taught 7 school students and 1 engeneering student.My students are from-National High School(CBSE campus),Apollos Academy (CBSE),DPS Ruby Park(CBSE), Jadavpur Vidyapith(WB),Adarsha Balika Shikhsayatan(WB), Binodini Girls' High school.There are three students who appeared in the board exam this year ,have scored more than 90%.

Teaching approach: Special care for weak students is taken. Notes are provided regularly which is easier to understand. Timely mock tests are given for students..........

Teaching journey: I'm a special education teacher and attached with a special school currently in Kolkata. For last 4 years providing home tutions to students in Psychology and Sociology. Many of my students are currently Persuing Bachelor's or Master degree in Applied Psychology.

Teaching approach: Basically teaching is one of the noble job in the planet. I maintain a simple guideline of teaching that i have learned from my teachers. I maintain a friendly terms with the students and try to motivate them to do a meaningful work. I used to give day to day works and assignments and regularly check previous day works before starting of a new lesson.

Why I teach: Teaching is one of the noble deeds in the world. I am into teaching as I am eager to study more and explore my knowledge and skill and pass onto the next generation.

Teaching journey: It has been a short journey of 4 years and has been good. The best part of this journey is when a student scores good marks and hold some stands in exam i feel proud . In my 4 years of teaching many of students scored good marks in board exams.

Student progress: I have been providing tutions to mainly WB and ICSC board students which are from Bani varti anh Holy Home school. Many of my students scored 90% in board exams and got admitted to top colleges like Jadavpur University, Asitosh college . One of them got selected in JNU.

Teaching approach: The approach of teaching a pupil is mentioned below;
1step is to get to know the pupil and what sparks her/his interest.

Why I teach: Belonging from a joint family i had the pleasure of teaching my young cousins, nephews and nieces. It provided me a sense of accomplishment when they excelled.

I have always seen a student as a mound of potential rich clay giving it shape becomes my duty and when that sculpture takes its final form the satisfaction I get cannot be expressed in words
