Student progress: I have taught primary, upper primary, secondary, higher secondary and graduation level students. All are so good. Graduation students are from presidency University. They scored 70% in honour paper. One of my student from Modern High got 2nd position in school and highest marks in Bengali.

Teaching approach: I never teach my pupils I only attempt to provide the condition in which they can learn. Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids to work together and motivating them.

Why I teach: I am a teacher. A teacher is someone who leads, there is no magic here,I do not walk on water I just love my students and try hard for their success and nothing else.

Teaching approach: My approach of teaching is very simple, understandable. Reality oriented and example based. Proper notes from various articles and selected books are given to the students of psychology and its very heplful and rich in resources. Exams are taken at regular basis acoording to the completion of courses.
