Teaching approach: I am patient and I try to understand what method is best for my student to follow. I believe that every person is different and each individual be it a child or an adult needs to have somebody who can guide them. I will never force my opinions on them rather understand what they are interested in and develop a teaching module according to the student's needs. I will also help him/her with regular tests so they are more used to dealing with pressures in academia.

Why I teach: I belong to a family of teachers and I wish to carry on this legacy and eventually work as a full-time teacher. I believe teaching with the right intention is an important aspect for the development of responsible human beings.

Teaching journey: I taught children from class nursery up to class 8 when I was in my hometown in Darjeeling. Helped the needy children by giving them tuition for free. During my university days I worked at Responsible Charity as an English Tutor.

Student progress: I have taught 2 students from Vidya Vikash Academy and 2 from St. Joseph's School North Point. Taught two kids from Class 1.I was able to help one of my students from class 2 to get enrolled in a prestigious institute within 2 months of preparation. Taught two students from class 11 while volunteering for the Tutor internship at Responsible Charity.

Teaching approach: Systematically analyses the syllabus of various Schools and Board and develops a Lecture Plan for an academic year with the schedule of Unit Tests and Mock Tests.

Why I teach: Teaching makes me happy helps me to stay connected to teaching process for all classes which is very important. Education is something to remember lifelong and not just for certain period.

Teaching journey: Getting 60 to 80% Mark in respective exam.

Student progress: I have and had numerous students who did and doing well in their respective field.

Teaching approach: I am still persuing studies so I know where the student will face doubts. I grow up concept and focus on basic learning. You can any time come up to me with your any issues may be it's out of studies. I am there!!!!!! It's just a homei classified relationship that will help you to get a good listener. I basically prefer studies which envolve discussion and envolvment of student. You will get a platform to express and explore.

Why I teach: For backing my finance. I am connected with student stuff from a long period.. So it's have become a part of my life. It's strengthen my ability too.

Teaching journey: 04 years. But it seems to be just few exams crossed by. I myself get envolve when student are on there boards. So journey become more intense. I sometimes starts fearing for results.

Student progress: More of my student dont want to score good marks they just want to get pass. Though through mu encouragement and special touch they secure position

Teaching approach: I am always willing to adjust techniques and approaches to meet the learning styles of the student. I believe each student is unique in their own ways and they need special care and attention, so I try my best to understand their concerns and make them more confident and develop their interest on the subject.

Why I teach: My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. Teaching approach: . I do my job as simple as I can that students can easily understand and clarify all their doubts. I take doubt clearing classes in between the teaching course. I don't prefer online interactions because I think face to face interaction is very much important to teach someone.

I had 10 students from class 12 who got 95%in geography from ISC and one class 10 student from w.b board and almost 3 students are ready to give their boards under my guidance

Teaching approach: I am known for Easy & Interesting Explanation, making the subjects not boring through analogy and mnemonics, Special attention to every student, Fullsyllebus completion before exams, Chapterwise exam schedule at the end of every chapter, and full syllabus exam

Why I teach: I have not liked biology till class 12th, but in graduation, I fell in love with biology due to my two mentors, so I also want to be that guy who can make an individual fall in love with the subject

Teaching journey: through teaching I have learned many things, my understanding regarding the subject got better, my confidence grew, and I built many good relationships with my students.

Student progress: I have 7 students till now, my first one from the WB board got 90% marks in her HS exam, now I am teaching 3 students of south point class 11th, and 2 of them got good marks in their finals.
