Teaching approach: Well as it is not long that i have gone through this school life phase i can understand what actually a student of this age needs and what approach is needed to make a student fall in love with his or her subjects. A student should never force himself onto his or her books rather he or she must find full interest every time he or she sets himself over that study table. I believe that there must be this friendly space between me and my student that he or she can approach me anytime without any sort of hesitation and lastly i teach someone in a fashion that the person is very much ready to be a teacher of that topic and teach the same thing to anybody. Thank you.
Why I teach: As a student in my school life there has been many instances where i have found myself or some friend of mine lagging in some part or the other because of some weak fundamental or basics as you can call it which had being taught to us in some class down the lane. The teachers always expect us to very well know the things which have being taught before and thats okay but at the same time we teachers should never underestimate or give a bad tag to someone who has some weak basics. Rather it is important for a teacher to go at the students pace. Help him out in any doubt even if it is a nursery school mistake and always motivate and encourage him. Thus i did choose teaching because i believe that with proper guidance any student irrespective of his or her merit can turn round the table and prove himself to be one of the best. And yes of course i love teaching and interacting with students as i believe that its a mutual process of learning where at some times i also get to learn things from my lovely students. Thank you.
