I don’t like to follow any particular method. It completely depends on the student's capacity. If the student is more comfortable to focus on text book then I put more emphasis on the text book, however if the student wishes to gain knowledge on a wider spectrum, I prefer reference books and other study material to enhance their language base help them gain more interest and knowledge on the subject concerned.
I have always been inclined towards teaching as it gives me a sense of immense pleasure and satisfaction for I belive sharing knowledge makes one more knowledgeable and helps each other to grow symbiotically
When I started my career, my most of the students were from English medium. They could not write a sentence properly but now they can write a sentence properly and their number is improving day by day.
I've taught 12-15 students in my career of three years from different boards.
Teaching approach: I teach students with practical example and try to explain any subject in detail. They also understand my approach and feel free to ask any question. They feel very comfortable with me and enjoy my teaching.

Teaching approach: I always try to give my best effort at the time of teaching my students & always try to motivate them by my way. I use to maintain a friendly behaviour with my beloved students. I also try to involve them in frequent exams taken by me so that they become expert in that particular subject & can be confident in their main school/College exams.

Teaching journey: In 5 years experience of my teaching journey, I have gotten some brilliant & humble students. One of my students cracked NEET medical exam & three of them cracked AIEEE exams & also scored very well in these competitive exams and also in board exams. Moreover many of my students scored very well in Madhyamik exam. One of them cracked Olympiad(Mathematics). These are really my achievements as a teacher.
Student progress: I have taught around 75-80 students in cbse, Icse & west Bengal boards from schools DPS, Indus Valley, Techno India , G.D.
