Teaching approach: Would really like to provide the knowledge that we have altogether.
Not only talking about the bookish knowledge but also while teaching a lot of experiences are shared between the student and the teacher teaching thus practical knowledge is also shared which will in turn shape the student and help the child to grow further.

Why I teach: I really love to teach and try to provide the knowledge that i conceive. Learning is not only for the students but also in my experience i learned a lot from the students as well. That really pushes me to engage in such a profession.

Teaching journey: The laughter of the students when they score good marks and that little bits of maybe chocolate that makes them so happy to learn even more. Also when they say yes ma'am i was able to write everything that i studied. That itself feels great and a proud moment for me.

Teaching approach: I have done my graduation in English.Currently preparing for WBCS.I pursue good experience in teaching.Besides my preparation I teach the students.Teaching is my hobby I love it.I am efficient in teaching the students in a way of sincerity.

Teaching approach: My teaching style can best be described as interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom, ask questions when they come up, and participate actively in all conversations regardless of their level of confidence.

Why I teach: I wanted to become a teacher to try and make a difference in young people's lives and to hopefully inspire the same passion and interest in my subject that I have. In such a fast paced world, Modern Studies is a great subject to be able to explore newly occurring issues or topics further.

Teaching journey: Helping students learn how to learn and how to create their own opportunities, essentially removing barriers that only exist due to ignorance. When you do that, they are far less dependent on you and others for knowledge as they can get knowledge on their own and know how to use it.

Student progress: I have taught six students of Kanchrapara Harnett English Medium (CBSE), St. Joseph Kanchrapara(ICSE). All of my student got minimum 90% marks.

Teaching approach: Teaching is a very important thing in a students life since all the concepts that he/she will be learning in school should be properly explained to them so that they can understand the topic well and can have a better grasp of the topics. I try to explain the difficult topics with simple explanations, giving relevant examples that would help the student to understand and remember the particular topic well.

Why I teach: I like to teach and it would be helpful for both of us as it would make the student learn new things and for me it would be a revision of the things that i have already learnt.

Teaching journey: Singlehandedly created, developed, and implemented an inclusion module to integrate students with special needs into a regular educational system.Implemented a series of activities based learning programs, which increased student interest in regular lessons.Created, developed, and implemented an all-encompassing curriculum on a state level, without help from external sources.Successfully helped students in college admissions through appropriate and well-placed career counseling.Reinvented the lesson planning module by incorporating current affairs and international relations as subjects, bringing students at par with their peers from other schools.

Student progress: I have taught students from well and goldsmith, dps, calcutta public, xaviers, maheswari girls, and most of them have secured 90% in their exams, students weak in maths have improved. Many have gained confidence in the subjects they found impossible to deal with

Teaching approach: I help students to grasp subject matter that they couldn't pick up for whatever reason in the larger, more impersonal setting of a school classroom. To create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems.

Why I teach: The love and affection, the respect that students shower on a teacher who is able to inspire them by example in all spheres far surpasses the joy that wealth can bestow. What great satisfaction it gives to see your students acquire new dimensions to their personality, gaining confidence and poise and all a result of your inspiration, of your instruction.

Teaching approach: understanding of students and their needs with patience, then instructional strategies are delivered by their background knowledge and experience, situation, and environment and multiple examples are used so that students can easily understand complex topics.

Why I teach: Because I love to teach and try to teach students in a way that they can easily understand complex things.

Teaching journey: I started my teaching journey in 2017, five years ago when I completed my graduation.While teaching the students are reading the subjects with great interest, they are scoring well in those subjects And they have been eager to read to me for the next time.

Student progress: I have taught (offline and online both) more than 40 students (B.A. in sociology) of Jadavpur University, Jogomaya Devi College, Sonamukhi College (Bankura) all of my students completed their graduation with 60% and above score.
