Teaching approach: We model an inquiring, probing mind by continually probing into the subject with questions until the student understands the subject. In the Socratic method, the classroom experience is a shared dialogue between teacher and student. It has been proven to be more effective than teaching the lesson directly as a lecture.

Why I teach: I wanted to become a teacher to try and make a difference in young people's lives and to hopefully inspire the same passion and interest in my subject that I have.

Teaching journey: I would say, the most important accomplishment in teaching is the relationship with my students because I know, I made a lasting impression on them. They usually come back after the final exam because somehow, I saw them, appreciated them, was amused by them and opened myself for them.

Teaching approach: I believe that to be a good teacher, understanding of the students views and opinions and building up a great communication between the student and the teacher is very important. Understanding the students problem helps in delivering better solutions that are suitable to the student's needs. Aiming to get higher grades is not possible only through meticulous mugging up of the curriculum. I try to help my students get a better understanding of the concept of the subject so that getting better grades at their capacity becomes easier.

Why I teach: I enjoy teaching. I gives me joy to share my knowledge. When I was in school I struggled to find a good teacher who could strengthen my base but unfortunately I couldn't find anyone. I wish to be that for other students like me who need strong guidance. I believe that weak students are the ones who have the potential to be better.
