Teaching approach: I tend to teach students with practical applications and examples with a fun way so that they feel more comfortable and connected not only with the bookish knowledge but also with the concept.

Why I teach: I have been teaching and dealing with students in my student life. My frist tution job was when I was in class 10th. I know their mentality, I know how to motivates them, I know how much a teacher can change a students life. I deal with my students with utmost care and proper knowledge. When my students needs me as their freind or mentor I am there also when they need me to help them solve a problem I am there too.

Teaching journey: I don't think achievement can measure in a way but yeah my students are in a good place after my tutoring.

Student progress: I have taught 10-15 students differently of various board like WBSE, ICSE, CBSE. Many of them are now off to College and some of them are in their higher studies class with a good position.

Teaching approach: In order to handle the students with ease:
1) I try to be friends with them
2) little bit play games with them so they enjoy studies
Also I know whe I am suppose to be strict with them and when not.

Why I teach: I love to teach and that is why I have chosen teaching as my profession. I love to spend time with children and that's what led me to choose teaching as a career.

Teaching journey: I have been teaching since last few years and have been able to help my students grow. I have also been growing with them as a teacher each time learning.

Student progress: I have taught about 4 students till now. They were from ICSE/CBSE background schools. They were from nursery to class 2. Their were student whom I started teaching from nursery and continued with them till class 2.

Teaching approach: I teach in a systematic and concise way. I know students minds tend to get distracted and if I don't keep my material limited....they will never develop interest in the subject.

Why I teach: I am interested in learning. Since I am also a physics student, what better way to develop my knowledge than by teaching....

Teaching journey: I have been quite a go getter since school. Performed and won prizes in many contests. I had also been given a leadership position in my high school. As in my teaching journey, my experience has been great and challenging. I am still learning and changing my techniques each day. But my experience tells me every student is unique. And we can't fit them all in one box.

Student progress: 5 students I've taught. Over last 4 years. They are all doing well in their academic lives now.

Teaching approach: I think teaching a Child in a practical manner is very important. The theoretic manner is not always the best approach. It is very important for students to learn and use the knowledge in their daily manner and everyday life. I believe that it is very important to have doubts and every student must have doubts in this learning state and it is these doubts that make the teaching process interesting. Hence, every doubt must be approached and the process of teaching instead of making it theoretical must be made interesting and more practical in order for the students to remember it easily.

Why I teach: I have always liked teaching since my mother is also a teacher. Looking at her and her enthusiast has always motivated me to teach as well.

Teaching approach: I start from topics and the students are comfortable with me and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things ( But sometimes it becomes mandatory).

Why I teach: Being an educator allows me to keep learning and growing in knowledge. I can encourage children to dream . Dreams lead to big ideas which can lead to innovations and changes for the future. A teacher can inspire kids to think beyond their comfort zones and challenge them to reach their fullest potential.

Teaching journey: Teaching children who can't read in the beginning of the year and seeing them progress to sounding out words and eventually being able to read independently has been a great source of satisfaction.
