I have an excellent quality of building up rapports with student on a more personal level, recognising their strengths and weaknesses. Thus motivating and transforming lives to their full potential is my passion. Hence I am a facilitator!

Teaching approach: As a student, I always felt the importance of getting good grades, but that importance always ended up as a burden when it came to subjects I wasn't interested in.

We all have our likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses in every aspect of our lives. Same applies to our education. My primary job is to identify my student's weaknesses and help them to understand and solve the problems they're dealing with in the most easily understandable manner possible so the base of their knowledge solidifies.

For me, the real value of teaching comes from how knowledgeable I can make my students, so the desirable grades become a byproduct of the learning process.

Why I teach: I truly believe in the saying, "Words and ideas can change the world." I think teachers possess this superpower of conveying the right words and ideas to the next generations and help them to become the best version of themselves. It is the teachers who are responsible for helping to create free thinkers, who'll eventually lead us to a better future.

Teaching journey: I started my tutoring journey back in 2019 when I was in my 2nd year of B.A degree. At first, it was an exercise to test my level of knowledge and learning, but as I kept going, I fell in love with the activity of helping students to achieve their academic goals and ambitions.

Student progress: In the last four years, I taught roughly 20-25 students, most of them from WBCHSE board. All of them passed with 70-85% in History on the board exams.

Teaching approach: As each student learns differently, I recognize each student's unique learning style so by using various instructional methods , keeping them engaged and practicing different skill sets.

Why I teach: I love teaching. For me one of the greatest reward of teaching is seeing the progression of my students.

Teaching approach: I am teaching chemistry in for both board and campusing since 2+ years . I emphasis on the fundamental concepts . I build up the base so that students can tackle all sorts of questions in both board and campusing interview . I also provide study materials, soft copies and take tests on a regular basis to evaluate student's progress

Why I teach: Teaching is that job by which one can make the highest impact on the society. A teacher can make one engineer , one doctor or a lawyer. This attracts me most.

Teaching journey: I was very enthusiastic learner since my childhood. I was topper in my block level board exam. I cracked Wipro, Zucol,Ey in my college campusing

Teaching journey: As a teacher, I can have an immeasurable impact on my students, especially when I help struggling students succeed academically and personally. By helping students pass exams with good marks, boosting their confidence, and fostering positive relationships, I can inspire them to set higher goals for themselves and work towards achieving them. Cultivating a positive learning environment can lead to students becoming better individuals.

Teaching approach: Making the content student friendly, understanding student's weak areas and accordingly modifying the content using various teaching aids .To take help of the students mother language in case it is required.

Why I teach: As a teacher we get to learn constantly from students while teaching students as well as modify and upgrade our skills.

Student progress: I have taught same student from class 4 onwards to his class 12 and still assist him in his graduation education. He had passed with 90percent mark in his Board exam ( ICSE, ISC)I have taught several other students from ICSE background as well as CBSE Board, I have also taught students spoken English in an institution from all group age as well as groomed students for job interview.

Teaching approach: The social, political and psychological development of my students are very important to me. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually.

Teaching approach: A tutor must develop good listening skills to understand the errors of students, that's a basic skill one tutor should always focus. So, I belive that every individual or you can say student know a minimal thing of their basic educational styles, as a tutor it's my duty to nurture and professional their skills in this highly competitive market.

Why I teach: I like to teach and nurture the minds of any individual, so it's my kind of hobby to give some inputs to students that will make them research oriented in the future plans

Teaching journey: I have helped growing some brilliant minds of Class 6-10 for the past five years. I have qualified my bachelor's degree with First Class with Distinction and facilitated with the University Gold Medal holder (First Class First) in the Master's degree. Also, I have qualified the UGC-NET with JRF in the year of 2020. I am also marked few distinct Research Paper presentation in Regional and International Levels and published some of my research works in reputed journals.
