Teaching approach: From my Point Of View teaching is not just to teach a subject to a student. I like to be the friend, philosopher and guide to the student and make them for the future ready not only in the school exams but also in the life as well. I'm not that kind of teacher who always scold the students for the mistakes rather I encourage them to learn from their mistakes and try to build to confidence in them.
Why I teach: Students are the future of our nation and it will be a great opportunity for me to build future of my nation in my own hand. I don't see teaching as a profession rather I see it as an opportunity to build some geniuses for the future.
Teaching journey: In the 5 years of my teaching journey not only I have taught the students also I have learned many things from them. As an achievement I can say that my students always share their thoughts and all of their experiences to me just like a friend. When this happens the teaching become more easy and they love to learn things what I am teaching. That's my biggest achievement as a teacher.
Student progress: I have taught students from the schools like United Missionary, AK Ghosh Memorial, Kamala Girls' High School, Narmada High School, Narayana High School who got minimum 80% in my subjects.
My student from AK Ghosh Memorial got 100 in mathematics and 98 in physical science in class 9 and stood first in the school.
One of my students from Narayana High School got 95% in class 10.
Teaching approach: I can teach students very easily method, explain any topic or learn any topic by trick. Students never feel bored while the time of teaching with me that makes me a perfect tutor.
Why I teach: I want to be a best teacher in future and I also like this profession so much. That's why I am into this job.
Teaching journey: I started my teaching journey from my college 1st year. After teaching with me, my students scored highest marks or rank 1st, 2nd. Being a teacher that is my great achievement.

Teaching approach: At first i examine the students' abilities by a few test both written and oral. Then I obverse them under three criteria,
(i) academic progress,
(ii)social and emotional &
(iii)motor skill (i.e- writing, drawing, running etc)
After collecting the data, I make study plans and strategies to help the child to engage in studies without making them feel overwhelmed or disinterested.
I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Why I teach: The primary reason i am into teaching is that it the most effective way to self learn and other reason is that as a student of psychology major, i like to observe the child's behaviour and other cognitive functions so i can provide an effective way to help a child develop a good intellectual mind and be educated person. Teaching approach: I always try to teach through discussion, showing pictures about the chapter through google and question answer session and then take exam. I believe in discussion rather than blindly mugging things up which becomes difficult for the students. I also give notes and suggestions where it is required. Students can ask thousand times if a topic or a part of the chapter is not clear. Until and unless the part is not cleared, I do not move to the next part.
Why I teach: Teaching is a profession that keeps you engaged with studies and I like teaching kids. It is important for the students to understand chapters clearly from the base. Freedom to write from their own language is always there. I sometimes ask students to present a topic via making PPTs that grasp their attention.
Teaching journey: My teaching journey started since 2018, and many of my students got good Marks in boards.
Student progress: I have taught BDMI (CBSE,), TFFS (ICSE), GD BIRLA (ICSE), DPS (CBSE), MP BIRLA AND FEW MORE SCHOOLS. SOME OF THEM GOT GOOD MARKS IN BOARDS AND SOME SCORED EXCELLENTLY.
