A student of mine from the Shri Shikshayatan School of class 4 who was a slow learner has stood 8th in her class is my biggest achievement.
The rest of the students do not challenge themselves with their classmates and do not focus on how to get a position or rank. Thus it is my duty to always understand their idealogy and keep themselves always work hard and maintain a balance.

Teaching approach: I'm very patient with the students. They feel homely while studying. Not a single shouting is even used. I do not believe in intimidating children. And my method is to utilise the time in a conversational method. Only study will bore them.
