I begin by understanding the student through conversation and their grades. I build a calm, open environment, then teach the lesson while asking questions to check understanding. After analyzing progress, I create customized weekly test plans to ensure long-term retention.

One of my primary reasons for seeking this opportunity is to responsibly manage my monthly expenses. As a student, I understand the importance of being financially independent and reducing the burden on my family. By working and earning on my own, I can cover essential costs such as travel, study materials, and daily needs. At the same time, it will give me a sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management. Balancing academics with work will not only help me financially but also prepare me for future professional challenges by instilling confidence and self-reliance.

My mom was a teacher, and one day when I was in class 9, she asked me to guide a younger student of class 4. His performance improved noticeably, and that experience sparked my passion for teaching. That’s how my teaching journey began.

I have taught a total of 5 students so far. Three of them were from Calcutta Public School under the ISC board, and two were from the CBSE board. The ISC students, who previously struggled and often failed, improved significantly under my guidance, achieving marks in the 75–85% range. Meanwhile, the two CBSE students excelled in their academics and went on to top their classes. These experiences reflect my ability to adapt to different boards and help students realize their full potential

As I love explaining new concepts with giving examples, shaping young minds. I’m always curious about new topics, seeing my students grow and succeed is extremely rewarding for me.

I started my teaching journey when I was in my 12th standard, so teaching has always been my passion. My students have achieved and improved their results overtime through my guidance and help. Their overall knowledge not only with the particular subject but also with the basic parts have improved.

I have taught 6 to 8 students till date from ICSE and ISC boards securing anyway between 65% to 80% annually.

Teaching approach: I can teach very efficiently, all my students are very happy to have me. As my 5 years of experience I've been seeing that students are having problems during exam because lack of practice, so that's why I take tests weekly or monthly after completing a chapter.

Why I teach: I love to teach , and I want to pursue this as my carrier. I'm planning for doing B.Ed after completing my current degree course.

Teaching journey: I've been teaching since I was in school, it's been 5 years I'm in this field, and it's a lovely experience for me.
