Teaching approach: I teach to build conceptual framework. I am patient and empathetic and therefore can analyse the problem points in students and emphasis on those even when the students cannot identify it themselves. I tend to approach students from.their points of interest and build curiosity about the subject which helps them release stress and actually enjoy studying. I also help students build critical analysis capacities.

Why I teach: I have mostly self taught myself all my life, which did build in me the capacity to always think from the learners' perspective when approaching a subject. I have been helping out juniors and neighbouring kids with their coursework and it made me realise my passion in teaching and also a certain zeal to provide the educational assistance that I missed out on, to as many people as I can.

Teaching journey: I have been teaching since I was in high school. I have mostly taught to individual students but during my bachelor's years, I was also teaching batches of students in classes 9-12. I have also taught BSc Microbiology and Biochemistry during that time and later during my master's years.

Student progress: I have taught 12th grade students (2) from South Point (CBSE), 5-12th grade students in Amrita Vidyalayam (CBSE) (at least 20), 7th grade student from Alipore Multipurpose school(state board) (1), 6-8th students from KV (2). Almost all of my students scored above 90% in the subjects I taught, weaker students, showed drastic improvement.

Teaching approach: I prefer puntuality and after every class ,i take eam on the chapter i taught previous class.This exam will reflect everyday how much the student is paying attention.
I make a record copy in the begining of each session so to plan out how many chapter are there in each subject and accordingly divide it.
A revision test is conducted before the mid term and Annual term for better result.

Why I teach: With teaching profession,it feels like,I am creating everyday a new situation which motivates me and with every child i feel their own unique creativity mind with them i can link myself.

Teaching journey: I have few students in the past ,they were very weak in studies.i taught them for 4 to 5 years and at the end ,in icse/cbse they scored more than 90% marks.This is abig achievement for me,making situation,motivating them, givig extra classes for free to have a better result for them only.
