Teaching approach: I like to engage with the students the in depth conceptual analysis of STEM stubjects. Real life scenarios to explain the fundamentals so that the students can relate to science.

Why I teach: I have always loved to explain and make people love science and my students also love to spend the time with me learning for my approach towards STEM subjects.

Teaching journey: I have taught over 30 students in the past 7 years, very few of them has got less than 90% in STEM(Science Technology Engineering Mathematics). I have also taught more than 10 students in the B. E and B.Sc. level.

Teaching approach: Chapter explanation, doubt clearing, chapter wise test, doubt clearing.
For boards students I take at least 5 to 6 mock exams before and after their selection exams so that they can get used to time management and idea about the boards paper.

Why I teach: I have been in this profession from a long time and I enjoy myself because this profession gives me respect and I'm contributing in the development of our nations education.

Teaching journey: My past students of class 12 have got into good colleges like St. Xavier's, Shri Shikshayatan, NIMS.

Student progress: I have been teaching from past 7 years as a full time teacher, before that I used to teach part time, every year on an average there are 10 to 12 students of mine appearing for board exam especially ICSE/ISC.
I have students from big schools as well as small schools too.

My classes are based on interactive dialogues between the student and me, encouraging independent critical thinking, and enabling them to express themselves more proficiently and confidently. Literature has been the wise philosopher I look up to and confide in. I intend to show my students the same path of imagination and understanding, teaching them to think individually and collectively while increasing their creative aptitude. Topping from my college and being awarded First Class from Banaras Hindu University, the guardians have relied on my unique perspective that aids in successfully intriguing my students’ interests. Moreover, my knowledge of French helps me to teach with examples from a much broader spectrum and explain better since French words are inherently found in English writings. My strength lies in comprehending and writing abilities which have received recognition. My lectures commingle literature with philosophy, psychology, films, advertisements and theoretical science(as and when required). Beyond teaching, I work as a freelance writer for some companies and always devote my time to developing new skills and hobbies.

I want to be a full-time professional teacher. I believe teaching allows me to grow along with my students, learning something new every day.

Teaching approach: I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them!

I believe in adaptive teaching where I provide support based on the student’s performance, then provide more support or more challenging task as needed. Also I prefer doing Inquiry based learning where I encourage independent thinking of the student and guide them for problem solving as well.
