Teaching approach: My first priority is ASSESSMENT OF THE STUDENT. Understanding the student's current knowledge, strengths, and weaknesses. This may involve reviewing past assessments or having an initial discussion.

My another effective way is ENCOURAGING ACTIVE PARTICIPATION. Encouraging the student to ask questions, participate actively, and solve problems independently. This also includes promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Why I teach: I'm in teaching because I'm deeply passionate about helping students learn and grow. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their development, and I believe education plays a crucial role in shaping our future. Being a teacher allows me to make a meaningful impact on young minds and contribute to their success.

Teaching journey: My teaching journey has been both rewarding and fulfilling. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students, helping them achieve their academic goals and fostering a love for learning. I've received positive feedback from students and colleagues, which has been a source of motivation for me.

Student progress: I have taught students of 6-10 in srichaytanta techno India, class 8-12 in dps school, class 6-10 saltlake apejay school and adamas international icsc board. All of my students passed with minimum 90% of marks and their speaking skills are really good. They have also qualified in Olympiad exams. One of them qualified in NEET exam

I love teaching because it is a very noble work to do..It's not only beneficial for the students but also good for teachers and a good teacher doesn't only teach how to get good marks in exams.. They also teach how to become a good human being, how to endure all those obstacles and fight for life. My aim isn't merely to polish diamonds, but to elevate the caliber of each student of mine.
