Teaching approach: I always prefer pictorial methodology of teaching. I always teach my students with the help of FLOW-CHARTS and keep diagrammatic approach. I support my teaching with the help of Real Life examples and day to day happening. This helps the students to connect to the concepts easily. I always support my students towards conceptual clarity rather than keeping a spoon feeding approach.

Why I teach: I have always been passionate towards teaching. I love to be around young minds. I find this job to be very respectful because it gives me an opportunity to shape the future of students and turn them into future professionals.

Teaching journey: I firmly believe that my students' success is my greatest achievement. Teaching for me is an ever learning process. I have always tried to master myself in my field of Study and constantly remain in learning new concepts and keep me updated with new happenings. I always in all these years tried to have a good hold of CONSTITUTION because it is the back bone of both the subjects Legal Studies and Political Science.

Student progress: My Teaching Journey Started from a renowned CIVIL SERVICES institution in New Delhi. I have mentored a Foundation Batch for UPSC PRELIMS of 15 Students for the Subject POLITY, Students were from Class 12th and Few in Under-Graduate Course. I was also the part of a famous Ed-Tech Institution named Career Launcher where I have mentored 3 batches of students from different ISC/CBSE schools preparing for different Law entrance examinations. Five of my students from 2023-24 Batch cleared CLAT and currently pursuing Law from different National Law Universities(NLUs). Two of my Students cleared SLAT and are currently into Symbiosis Law School, Pune. I have Joined Vivekananda Mission School, JOKA (ICSE/ISC) in 2024 where I am teaching Legal Studies to 11th and 12th and History-Civics to 8th-10th. The students have constantly performed well with one of my star student Anwesha Bhattacharyya scoring 100/100 in Legal studies in ISC 2025 and many Scoring 95 and above.

Regular assessments and feedback ensure continuous progress. I also leverage technology, such as language learning apps and educational videos, to enhance engagement. My goal is to create a holistic learning environment that fosters linguistic proficiency, cultural appreciation, and lifelong learning.

Why I teach: I'm passionate about teaching Bengali to help students improve their language skills, excel academically, and connect with their cultural heritage. I strive to create engaging lessons that foster confidence, fluency, and cultural understanding, enabling students to perform well in school and beyond, while preserving the beauty of Bengali language and literature.

Teaching journey: With 7 years of experience teaching Bengali, I've developed engaging lesson plans and innovative methods to improve language proficiency. My students have achieved outstanding results, with top grades. Notable milestones include completing B.Ed. I continuously update my skills through workshops and online courses, fostering a love for Bengali language and culture in my students.

Student progress: I have taught 12-15 students from various schools & all boards. Like South City International School, South Point, Jadavpur Vidyapith. They are passed with letter marks, and doing well in their career
