Teaching approach: My basic pedagogy sense is to understand students psychology first, then formulate special teaching method or customise according to students need and aspirations.
Why I teach: I always felt all students need personal care and attention, which is always not possible in class room or coaching institutions, some times individual motivation is good enough, so that students start taking themselves seriously.
Teaching journey: It's been a very satisfying teaching journey till now, different pupils have achieved success in their lives according to their passion and hard work, so felt proud to be along with them in their lows and highs in life.
Student progress: Since 1998, there are more than 200 students I have taught from CBSE, ICSE and ISC which covers almost 80%of reputed schools in Kolkata. Someone is successful Engineer , someone is into medical profession , someone is banker, or staying abroad excelling professionally.
Teaching approach: Mind Map, PPTs and Student based teaching where students' understanding will be given priority. Worksheets will be asked to solve by students in the class time. I don't believe in giving homeworks.
Why I teach: Its in my blood. Both my parents were teachers. I like to teach and I love to be surrounded by students not only teaching them but also learning from them.
Teaching journey: I received Best Mentor Award by Pallavi International School after my students did well in Boards 2023. Also I was given Eklavya award for my dedication towards Education and self motivation for success in 2023

Teaching approach: I understand the complexity of English not being the first language of Indian students, hence I employ a combination of bilingual languages to make concepts understandable with a firm, assertive yet gentle hand for as long as it takes the student to understand.
Why I teach: Due to family issues, I have been teaching since I was 18 years old. But realising I had a knack for connecting with children I decided to be a lifelong tutor/teacher. Yes, I would love to be a full-time tutor.
Teaching journey: I gave excellent board results for CBSE for several years in a row. Still, my main achievements are developing confidence in students to speak, and write well in English, participate in debates and discussions and go on to become social media influencers, or in the creative sectors of publishing.
Student progress: I have taught several batches of Board students since 2004, and most of them secured above 90% and even a few 100% in the CBSE Board exams. A lot of them went on to foreign universities after applying with exceptional essays for their admission procedures supervised by me.

For literature part,I ask them to go through the prose or poetry peices as much as they can. I make thorough questions for revision,check their answers and help them to write answers on their own in their own language. Building sense of language is my fortè. I put emphasis so that their base becomes strong.
My parents were into teaching. I am from teaching background only. English is my passion. I love writing on varied topics.
