Education is not just learning every details. Its about understanding each and every topic and gaining knowledge. In my 7 years of teaching experience, I have never told my students to just mug up the topics. I believe in making them fully aware of the topic as a story and then the rest follows on its own. If a child is well aware of the topic, he/she can write down the answer perfectly. Because for me teaching is not about just learning everything possible to sit for the examination, it is understanding a particular topic to the depth, loving that subject and then remembering that topic for the rest of their lives.

It gives me immense pleasure to spread knowledge. There’s a different kind of satisfaction when as a teacher I teach my students and they understand it so well that they can even explain it to me. I feel happy in shaping the future citizens and generation as if I succeed in making them bright not just academically but also on humanitarian aspects then I am definitely a winner.

I started teaching at a very young age and this started from my home itself because what better thing than to teach at home first. I started teaching my sister from a very young age realizing my passion for teaching. I started providing home tuitions 7 years ago. I am fond of children so I decided to teach in preschools. I have taught in preschools like Little Laureates and The Talking Tree in the past 3 years. On one hand, I can teach younger children in a playway method and on the other hand teach the higher classes students as well but that too in a fun way in which they don’t get bored and feel monotonous. Teaching is all about how we make it easier and simpler for the students.

I have taught more than 20 students. I have taught students of DPS, South Point, Ballygunge Shiksha Sadan, Garden High School, Mahadevi Birla World Academy, Narayana, Ram Narayan School, Pratt Memorial, Ramkrishna Mission School and a few more.

Guitar

Teaching approach: is a bit of a strange question to answer because there are really two kinds of guitar teacher out there. There is no shortage of practitioners who are college trained and qualified but the reality is that a lot of guitar teaching (for better or worse) takes place "informally" and is carried out by people who may not necessarily particularly theoretically knowledgeable or technically skilled. Whilst from an academic point of view it may be tempting for those of us who spent years accumulating the degrees and certificates that adorn our teaching room walls to rail against those who are "unqualified" to teach it may be valuable to reflect upon our own experiences.

Why I teach: Making a difference in students' lives, sharing knowledge and passion, and creativity engaging in lifelong learning, building very meaningful relationships, and enjoying job and work-life balance are just a few of the reasons why teaching should be considered as a career, if anyone do what's there hobby and in future that's become he's career that's the best thing in there life.

Teaching journey: I do parform namy cafe , program's and private concerts and I meet with lots of artists in my life also like kaushik Ganguly, rupan Islam, anupan roy , anirban chakraborty, Bikram haldar and many more.
In my journey I also meet with lots of students of my and they are all very good till now. In My teaching experience lots of students starts there journey with music and there are all very good at it.

Student progress: I have taught many students from all around the west Bengal (online method) and locals also. Right now the numbers of students I have more then 25+ and there all playing very good. By there one month they are making progress and it's feels me good.
