Programme overview

What is the Confirmed Tuition Programme?

It is an optional programme for selected Teachers seeking dedicated marketplace matching under defined conditions and time limits.

The programme is not a Teacher rank, employment arrangement or guarantee of income. Its assurance is limited to one qualifying verified paid first class within the stated cycle, subject to eligibility, activation, availability, scope and the accepted Programme Terms.

Eligibility

Who can apply?

A Teacher may apply when the application is available, but only an approved and activated Teacher receives programme benefits.

Activation requires the Teacher to be Registered and Listed, complete the minimum evidence bundle and screening, complete Basic Training, accept the current terms, maintain an approved teaching scope and availability, receive Admin approval, and complete the required payment or approved waiver.

Fee

What is the programme fee?

The current programme fee is INR 199 for one initial 12-month term.

The applicable fee is shown before payment and preserved in the accepted snapshot. It is separate from the marketplace Service Charge. There is no first-500 condition, crossed-out reference price or currently available renewal sale.

Application and payment

Does payment mean that my application is accepted?

No. Application and payment do not by themselves mean acceptance, listing, verification or activation.

TuitionCorner reviews eligibility and scope after application. If the application is rejected, the programme fee is refunded in full and the programme is not activated. Your ordinary Teacher account is handled separately.

Activation

When does the programme period begin?

The programme begins only on the activation date recorded in the Teacher dashboard or other authoritative programme record.

The 12-month programme term and the first 30-day assurance period run from activation, not from registration, application, payment, training or acceptance alone.

Assurance

What is assured during the first 30 days?

The programme aims to produce one qualifying verified paid first class within 30 calendar days after activation.

The assurance concerns the defined qualifying event, not a particular fee, learner, subject, location, number of months, total income or continuing assignment. The Teacher must remain eligible, responsive, available within the approved scope and compliant with the Programme Terms.

Qualification event

What counts as a qualifying verified paid first class?

It must be the first delivered class of a genuine regular assignment, with genuine payment and the required Teacher, family and Admin evidence.

A Demo, test enquiry, unpaid practice class or fabricated payment does not qualify. The assignment and payment must be recorded, the class must be delivered, the Teacher must submit required evidence, and the family or Admin must be able to verify the event. If tuition ends immediately after the first class, Admin reviews the evidence before deciding whether the assurance was fulfilled.

Day 30 choice

What can I choose if no qualifying class is verified by Day 30?

Choose either a full programme-fee refund or one additional 30-day assurance period.

Use the official choice shown in the dashboard or support workflow. If you do not respond within the stated choice window, the programme defaults to the additional 30-day continuation. A refund affects the assurance and dedicated matching benefit, not every independent account status or record.

Final claim window

What happens after the additional 30 days?

If the assurance is still unfulfilled at Day 60, the final contractual refund-claim window runs from Day 61 through Day 75.

Submit the claim through the official workflow during that window. If no claim is submitted by Day 75, the contractual programme-fee refund right expires. Any non-guaranteed programme benefits may continue until the original programme expiry, subject to the accepted terms.

Availability and scope

Do declined opportunities pause the assurance period?

No. Rejecting or not responding to opportunities does not pause, extend or cancel the programme clock.

A change in your subjects, location, mode, schedule or availability also does not automatically extend the assurance period. Keep these details accurate so matching remains relevant. Programme action for repeated non-response remains subject to the accepted terms and evidence.

Refund effect

What happens if my programme refund is approved?

The assurance and dedicated matching benefit close, but the Teacher account and independent records are handled separately.

An approved post-activation refund does not automatically erase the Teacher account, listing, independently verified evidence or ordinary marketplace history. The advanced profile may remain until the original programme expiry, as stated in the Programme Terms.

Commercial terms

Is the marketplace Service Charge included in the programme fee?

No. The programme fee and the ordinary marketplace Service Charge are separate.

The programme fee covers the accepted programme. A Service Charge becomes due for an officially fixed marketplace tuition under the Assignment Snapshot and Tutor Agreement. One is not automatically credited against the other.

Programme benefit

What is the advanced profile benefit?

It is a programme profile benefit for the original 12-month term, not a verification label or guarantee of selection.

Public display still follows privacy, moderation and evidence rules. The benefit does not convert unverified information into verified information and does not guarantee ranking, leads, assignments or income.

Renewal

Is renewal automatic?

No. Renewal is not currently offered and there is no automatic debit.

The approved offer is one initial 12-month term. A future renewal can be offered only under a separately approved, effective-dated policy and price; it cannot change an existing snapshot.
