Can I close my account or ask for deletion?

You may request closure or eligible deletion, subject to identity checks and records that must lawfully be retained.
Account closure does not automatically erase payment records, accepted agreements, verification decisions, safety reports, disputes or audit evidence needed for law or valid claims. Send only enough information to locate the account, and never send a password or OTP.
