Teaching journey: my first student did not complete his study ,is a dropout ,and for this throughout my carrier I am searching for a complete student ,I work with the dropout student to retain them in class and I did it

Teaching approach: I have more than 40 yrs of teaching experience and teaching is my profession also. I teach more than 10000 students. My students ranked in West Bengal board for many times. In 2009 my 3 students ranked in WB 10th board.

Student progress: Total 10000 students taught. All students are from West Bengal board. Many of my students ranked in 10th board as well.

Teaching approach: I teach very methodically and make sure that I am comprehensible to my students. I focus on what my students are learning and donot go by "mug up" theory. I also offer clarification or doubt clearing classes before their exams.

Why I teach: I have been in this job for the last 40 years or so. I started due to my passion for teaching, mainly. And successfully pursuing my passion for the last 40 years.

Teaching journey: My students' outstanding performances in exams are what I consider as my achievements.

Student progress: I have taught more than 100 students since I have been in this profession for the last 40 years or so. I have taught students from renowned schools like La Martiniere for boys, La Martiniere for girls, DPS, CBS, Modern High, South Point, St. Lawrence, Nava Nalanda, Patha Bhavan and many other renowned institutions. A lot of them are currently well settled and some of them are in abroad doing brilliantly well in their profession. ICSE, CBSE, and WEST Bengal (English) these are the boards I usually teach students from.

Why I teach: TEACHING IS MY PASSION. I FOUND BASE IS NOT CLEAR FOR MOST OF THE STUDENTS. MOST SCHOOL TEACHERS FINISHES THEIR COURSES WITHIN TIME FRAME. SO THEY CAN'T CLEAR ALL THE DOUBTS IN THE SAME TIME FRAME.

Student progress: I HAVE TAUGHT ST. PATTRICKS/LORETO/AG CHURCH AT ASANSOL. ALL STUDENTS ARE WELL ESTABLISHED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FIELD

Teaching approach: Most of the students struggle in science based subjects. Hence, I patiently teach them. I delve deep into the root of the problems and handle them calmly. Also, I make sure my words and techniques are comprehensible and my pupils, under my tutelage, are actually being able to overcome their problems easily. Not only academic education, I look after their conduct too.

Why I teach: Spreading knowledge amongst new generation is always interesting. Teaching and meeting new talents always generate immense interest in me. I love to teach and to be taught.

Teaching journey: Since I haven't taught in any conventional Institution, my success and achievements are not written in any certificate, they don't have any testimonials but most of my students are well settled. Some stay overseas.

Student progress: I have taught more then 60-70 students in my entire professional life. Most of them are from La Martiniere (girls and boys), St. Xavier's, DPS, Mahadevi Birla, Carmel High School, Aditya Academy, Calcutta Boys' , Calcutta Girls', Loreto House and many more reputed schools.

Teaching approach: I teach as per the requirement of student to make him or her understand the concept better.I normally prepare notes before taking a class.After each class I give St of practice questions including MCQs which help student to score higher marks.

Why I teach: My passion for teachingI was adjudged maany times as best teacher and also worked as a Principal.I have always been passionate about teaching.

Teaching journey: Many times my students topped the board exam.In 38 years of my teaching at different levels on school and College , I have rcieved many award as a teacher. I receive maximum satisfaction when my students do well.The teaching journey for me has been very good till now.
