How to upload documents for profile verification purpose?

Follow The Steps Below To Upload Documents

Log in as a tutor. it will redirect to the tutor dashboard.
Then click on My Account in the top-right corner
Then click on Profile verification
On the profile verification page, you can upload documents for address, and educational proof, You can also upload your profile photo & your teaching photos.
Note: Uploaded documents are kept secure and fully confidential. It is used only for verification purposes and never shared with anyone without your permission.

Rules To Upload Documents & Images

Images size must be a Maximum of 2 MB.
Upload with a good internet connection. if facing a problem then try another mobile, better upload using Computer
If your image is more than 2 MB then resize it to a smaller size. The best way to compress the image is, Whatsapp the photos to any of your family members/friends then simply download & upload easily. Alternatively, you can resize here then upload
Upload the clear scanned copy/ clear photo taken from mobile.
If still facing a problem in uploading files: Whatsapp your documents at 9830430075 with your tutor id, then we will upload the document on your behalf. However, it may take 48 hours to update so try to upload by yourself to upload instantly.
