About My Tutoring Approach :
COLLABORATIVE, ANDRAGOGY, AUGMENTED REALITY,MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE, FLIPPED CLASSROOM, BLENDED LEARNING. These are the tools and elements I adhere to generally in an online/offline class. I tend to make the class 'Collaborative' as I feel student participation is also required. Gone are the days for traditional 'chalk and talk' method. STT is required to be more than TTT so that atleast the SPEAKING SKILL of theme pupil improves.
Why I Am Into Teaching :
As it's a novel job which enriches me too. I feel Pedagogy should be always stressed on but in an innovative way. The pupil should be an active participant while the session is going on rather than being a passive learner. I tend to convert a student into a learner .
